&  archival  images

Our process of finding rights holders and negotiating the use of protected elements is becoming systematic and mandatory for all audiovisual works.

01.

Clearance

In partnership with I MEDIATE CLEARANCE, we offer clearance services for all intellectual property elements used in films, TV series, documentaries, commercials or audiovisual projects during the different production phases: script, preparation, filming, editing and post-production. These may include elements protected by trademark law, copyright, and image or name rights.

The company intervenes at all stages of film-making to obtain authorization for the use of the various brands (visible or pronounced), shops, logos, products, packaging, paintings, sculptures, buildings, furniture, costumes, photographs, posters, books, records, names, addresses, telephone numbers or any other protected elements present in the films.

This process of finding rights holders and negotiating the use of protected elements is becoming systematic and mandatory for all audiovisual works and comprises four main stages:

  • Identify elements to be cleared
  • Implement clearance strategy
  • Obtain authorizations
  • Supervise and review the film’s compliance

02.

Footage

Through its FOOTAGE department, the company also specializes in documentary research and clearance of archival images, stock shots and audiovisual excerpts for cinema and television films, series, documentaries, clips, live shows and commercials.
